HP Printers error code
Error 13.00 are caused by paper jam. Like wrong paper is placed in the tray. And sometimes wrong paper size is selected. Jams also occur when the grip of the tray's pick up roller is over. If Dust occurs in the sensor then sensor is not able to sense the paper.
If paper jams repeatedly then
If the paper is not picking up from the tray then you will have to clean or change the pick up first. And if we talk about the sensor then there are about 3 sensors in all trays, one is the paper detection sensor and the second is the paper size detection sensor and the third is the paper path sensor. You will have to clean all these sensors properly. By doing this your paper jam issue will be resolved and your printer will start working.
